Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a self-motivated Outside Sales Associate to reach homeowners in designated areas, build lasting relationships, and effectively present pest control solutions. The role emphasizes flexible hours and a customer-first approach to drive sales in outdoor settings.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working outside, meeting new people, and managing sales documents, with a drive to exceed targets. Company vehicle and benefits support success in this high-activity field.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
