Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners in the Tucson area and drive sales. The role includes training, support, and a path to growth within the company.

You will build relationships, explain service benefits, and handle sales documentation to support pest control technicians in delivering a delightful customer experience. Embrace outdoor work and flexible hours in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No experience required – training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information needed.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Be able to work flexible hours and remain organized and personable with diverse customers.

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
