Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners in your assigned area and generate sales. You’ll knock on doors, follow up by mail and phone, and explain the benefits and pricing of HomeTeam’s pest control solutions.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Work outside and meet new people
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers
