Job summary

HomeTeam seeks an Outside Sales Representative to join its growing field team in Fort Worth, TX. You will contact homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales and deliver a delightful experience, with comprehensive training provided to help you succeed.

No prior sales experience is required; proper training and support are offered. Expect a competitive compensation package with benefits, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No experience required - training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
