The Position:

• We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative. The pay range is salary based and is based on experience.
• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
• We also offer a comprehensive health insurance package for full-time positions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years sales related experience in a construction related or manufacturing field, Bachelor’s Degree, a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Email, and Mac computers, ERP and CRM systems.
• Time Management and strong written, oral communication, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow product and sales scope of existing customer portfolio.
• Acquire new customers and continuously develop prospects.
• Travel minimum of 3-4 days per week within assigned territory and attending tradeshows.
• Provide sales presentation to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, growth objectives, and metrics.
• Capture accurate data from customer visits and market information through cold calls, prospects, and existing accounts.
