Position: Sales Representative

Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative at Southern, you will build lasting customer relationships through personalized interactions, primarily focusing on door-to-door prospecting and lead generation. You will negotiate prices and oversee project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and establish client connections through door-to-door sales.
2. Utilize comprehensive training to improve sales tactics and strategies.
3. Communicate effectively with potential clients, offering tailored solutions.
4. Interact directly with customers, resolving issues and questions professionally.
5. Conduct roof inspections and provide expert recommendations.
6. Manage project lifecycles from estimation to completion.
7. Coordinate schedules and resources to meet project goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated with a passion for outdoor, on-the-ground sales.
• Willing to set up ladders and climb roofs.
• Reliable, dependable, organized, and good at time management.
• Strong business judgment and practices.
• Seeking a full-time, flexible position with growth opportunities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 annually. Sales reps receive a $45K base salary plus uncapped commissions. Typical earnings:

• 1st year: $70K - $100K
• 2nd year: $90K - $130K
• 3rd year: $150K+
