Home Genius Exteriors is seeking dedicated sales professionals to join our Pittsburgh, PA branch. This full-time W-2 role lets you close deals with minimal cold-calling, as 90% of the work is prepared for you before meeting customers.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified clients daily, present engaging in-home pitches, and grow through elite training and internal promotions. Competitive compensation with uncapped commissions awaits a driven salesperson.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
