Signarama Silver Spring is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to drive engagement with clients and provide tailored signage solutions.

This role involves building relationships with businesses, meeting strategic sales goals, and participating in training sessions to grow professionally. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed in a collaborative environment.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in signage, printing, marketing, or construction).
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

We design, produce, and install everything from vehicle wraps and wall graphics to custom building signage and LED displays. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors—helping them create signage and branding solutions that make their companies stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Visit various businesses, including offices, restaurants, and industrial parks, to introduce Signarama’s services and special promotions.
• Sales Execution: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present versatile signage solutions.
• Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain an organized system for following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales.
• Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Marketing and Training: Participate in regular in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Store Support: Assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing, or construction industries preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
