Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales professional in the Allentown area to identify and develop new business opportunities.

You will make contact with prospects, document new leads, and represent ISCO at industry associations to foster positive relationships while understanding and addressing customer needs. You will also develop accounts, prepare quotes, analyze markets, and coordinate sales efforts with the customer service team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Exploring new business opportunities and prospects within a designated territory; making contact with prospects and resolving problems
• Recording new prospects into the database
• Representing ISCO within industry associations to develop relationships
• Researching solutions for customer needs using sales tools
• Communicating the value of ISCO products and services to prospects
• Developing accounts and building customer relationships, forming alliances with customers to maximize revenue opportunities
• Improving customer satisfaction and positive business relationships
• Preparing sales information and quotes, market analysis and sales expenses for management
• Coordinating all sales efforts and negotiating pricing for various sales activities
• Engaging in collection of receivables as necessary
• Collaborating with customer service to prepare presentations and reports for sales meetings
• Other duties as deemed necessary

  • Forming alliances and partnering with customers to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Improving customer satisfaction and developing positive business relationships with customers
  • Communicating the value of ISCO products and services through various interactions
• Preparing sales information and quotes for the customer, market analysis and sales expenses for management
• Engaging in the collection of receivables as necessary
• To coordinate all sales efforts, both preparation for and direct prospect interaction, and work as a team with the customer service associate, such activities may include but are not limited to:
  • Research for, prepare presentation and report for, and attend sales meetings
  • Make decisions and negotiate pricing for various sales efforts
