• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Provide 5-star customer service with empathy, communication, and professionalism.
• Document work with notes, diagrams, and photos for team efficiency.
• Coordinate with teammates using ServiceTitan and other tools.
