Job summary

FASTSIGNS International. Inc is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the Austin area. You will prospect by phone and in person, run discovery with owners and facility managers, and work with our in-house production team to close projects.

Expect to earn through uncapped commission; first commissions typically appear by month four to eight, with first-year earnings between $55,000 and $65,000 and $70,000 to $85,000 in the second year. You do not need sign-industry experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role with sales ownership and targets.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls and walking into unfamiliar businesses.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 to 100 outbound prospecting calls per week.
• Visit 10 to 20 businesses in person.
• Attend chamber and networking events (paid by us).
• Run discovery, build quotes with design team, and close deals.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and own accounts after the sale.
