Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Austin – Burnet Rd is seeking a driven sales representative to prospect by phone and in person, qualify opportunities with owners and facility managers, and collaborate with our production team to close projects.

Base pay is $48,000 with uncapped commissions. Expect 50–100 outbound calls weekly, 10–20 in-person visits, and active participation in chamber events. You will manage your pipeline in our CRM with coaching and growth opportunities as you ramp to higher earnings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience with ownership of a sales target.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls and visiting businesses in person.
• CRM experience and clear written communication; willingness to be coached.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 to 100 outbound prospecting calls a week.
• Visit 10 to 20 businesses in person.
• Attend chamber and networking events, memberships paid by us.
• Run discovery, build quotes with our design team, and close.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and own your accounts after the sale.
