You will manage the full sales cycle, present tailored proposals on-site, close deals, and maintain post-sale support. Expect a base salary of $50k–$55k with uncapped monthly commissions and a $960 car allowance, plus benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales experience required.
• Commercial B2B sales experience preferred.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical sales experience preferred.
• Experience with meetings and site walks.
• Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and Driver’s License check.

Responsibilities

• Business canvassing and prospecting to identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Visit local businesses, offices, and commercial properties to introduce company products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of canvassing activities, interactions, and follow-up tasks.
