Turtle And Hughes is hiring an Outside Sales Associate for our Commack, NY location. This full-time role offers salary plus uncapped commissions and requires travel within the assigned territory. You will manage and grow accounts, promote products, and build strong customer relationships.

We value sales-driven professionals with leadership, negotiation, and excellent communication skills. Industrial, OEM, Automation, Lighting, and Power Distribution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to visit customers in person.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Industrial, OEM, Automation, Lighting, Power Distribution, Commodities or Energy sales.

Responsabilités

• Selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new business with customers.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and preferences.
• Process quotations and coordinate with inside sales to complete purchases.
• Travel within assigned territory; operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
