Turtle is seeking an Outside Sales Associate in New York City to drive growth across industrial and electrical distribution markets. This is a full-time role with base salary plus uncapped commission, travel within the territory, and a focus on new business development and account expansion.

You will build strong customer relationships, present solutions, negotiate terms, and work with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and company goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outside sales or industrial/commercial markets is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
