Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in San Antonio to support sales development, grow customer accounts, and write orders. You will be customer-focused, adaptable, and a problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include territory planning, quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets. This role requires travel and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customers and increase demand for existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes and handle complex bid responses within the territory.
• Manage customer relationships and communicate company policies clearly.
• Monitor sales performance and report variances to management.
