Service Corporation International in Monrovia, CA is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional - Outside Sales to drive quota attainment through pre-need and at-need arrangements. You will cultivate relationships with families, present planning options, and generate referrals while delivering compassionate service.

This role requires strong networking, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and a proven sales background with CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Sales experience or related experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• CRM familiarity is a plus and can help drive referrals and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: network to gain referrals for at-need and pre-need arrangements.
• Build relationships with families, respond promptly to inquiries, and follow up after services.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet targets and client needs.
• Collaborate with funeral home staff to ensure seamless service and referrals.
