Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Atlanta-based office. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and a guaranteed draw for new hires during ramp-up.

Successful performers can earn $400k+ annually in commissions. Responsibilities include developing new business for residential and commercial pool construction, renovation, and related services, managing client relationships, and coordinating handoffs to operations after contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, community involvement, and self-generated lead development.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate project scope and pricing within established guidelines.
• Close sales and execute customer agreements.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate the transition of sold projects to Project Management and Operations.
