Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a true sales role with no cap on earnings, offering commission-based pay and a generous draw to ramp up.

You will develop new business for residential and commercial pool renovation and construction, manage the full sales process, collaborate with operations and marketing, and travel within the territory to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in related industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and generate new business.
• Experience with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and estimating software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess needs and project scope.
• Prepare proposals and present project recommendations to prospects.
• Close sales and hand off to operations after contract execution.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PM, Accounts Receivable, and Admin for a seamless process.
