Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales in construction or pool industry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Experience with on-site consultations, estimating, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, and self-generated lead development.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate project scope and pricing within established company guidelines.
