Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest protection options, and close sales. You’ll combine field inspections with sales skills and top-notch customer service, supported by paid training and a commission structure.

No pest control experience is required — we’ll train you! Expect to work around 40 hours per week and pursue state licenses with company support for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to perform home inspections and access crawlspaces when needed
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5-6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
