Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest protection, and close sales. You’ll earn an hourly base pay plus commissions, with 10% on ancillary services and 15% on recurring revenue.

No pest control experience is required—we’ll train you and provide the tools you need to succeed. Expect to conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections daily, work with service techs to identify upsell opportunities, and participate in daily training and team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and recommend pest protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
