Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a high-performing outside sales professional to grow our Industrial Energy Solutions business across the Oklahoma City market.

This is a true business development role focused on opening doors, building relationships, and closing profitable projects. You’ll own your territory with autonomy, support from a respected power generation leader, and unlimited earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial/b2B markets.
• Proven history of developing new business and exceeding sales goals.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build new customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with generators, electrical systems, industrial equipment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with disciplined pipeline and CRM management.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial and industrial customers in the Oklahoma City territory.
• Identify opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, contractor relationships, consulting engineers, and end users.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close profitable sales.
• Manage projects throughout the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through project turnover.
