Thompson Creek Window Company is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium exterior home improvement products—windows, doors, siding, gutters, and roofing. You’ll meet with homeowners, learn their needs, and close deals with the support of iPad and CRM tools.

Earn from $85k to $340k+ annually with uncapped commissions after 90 days, plus paid training and monthly performance incentives. This full-time role offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match, and

Qualifications

• Sales-focused professional with a genuine desire to succeed in sales
• Passionate about helping homeowners and delivering a best-in-class experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Accountability, resourcefulness, and resilience
• Comfort with mobile tech including iPad, CRM, and digital contracts
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to obtain Sales License

Responsibilities

• Represent a trusted brand with 45+ years in the Mid-Atlantic
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs—no cold calling
• Receive up to three qualified leads per day
• Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers and tailor solutions
• Build rapport, close deals, and guide customers through the process
• Use company-issued tools (iPad, CRM) to track activity and submit orders
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a great customer experience
