Job summary

Windows USA is looking for experienced Outside Sales Employees to conduct in-home consultations and sell premium windows and doors. This commission-only position provides uncapped earning potential, with top performers historically earning between $150,000 and $300,000 annually based on performance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement. Strong closing skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing and materials.
• Perform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentation.

Skills

Prior outside sales experience, home improvement preferred
