Job summary

Thompson Creek Window Company is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium exterior products—windows, doors, siding, gutters, and roofing—to homeowners. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and close deals using iPad and CRM.

We offer 90 days of paid training at $1,400.00 bi-weekly plus commissions, plus an uncapped commission structure and monthly performance incentives, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in exterior home improvement is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs.
• Conduct in-home consultations and educate customers to recommend tailored solutions.
• Build rapport, close deals, and guide customers through the entire sales process.
• Use company-issued tools (iPad, CRM) to track activity, follow up, and submit orders.
