Job summary

Service Corporation International in Missouri is seeking a Sales Professional for outside, home-based engagement. You will develop relationships within communities to generate qualified leads and present pre-need cemetery and related services to families.

You will follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, schedule appointments, and guide families through final contracts, while achieving monthly revenue targets. Evening and weekend work are required; driving and CRM use are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales experience preferred; outside sales knowledge a plus.
• CRM experience is advantageous.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present pre-need services and products to consumers.
• Prospect within the community to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with families.
• Follow up with families for referrals and aftercare support.
• Record activities in CRM and track progress.
• Visit events, door-knocking, seminars as needed.
