Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an outside sales professional to manage a Tampa, FL territory, focusing on fluid control and filtration products. You will cultivate key customer relationships, identify new prospects and train clients on product applications.

The role requires 1+ years in field sales, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll coordinate with RSM and Inside Sales to drive territory growth and ensure high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field/outside sales and account management.
• Industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a sales team.
• Organized, detail oriented and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Solidify and further develop relationships with key customers.
• Identify and sell new prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Update customers’ knowledge of products and applications and train them.
• Submit a weekly sales call plan to Regional Sales Manager (minimum 5 calls/day).
• Document all customer contact and activities in ACS (minimum 3 times/week).
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, RSM and team on territory strategy and issues.
• Maintain professionalism and continually improve product and sales knowledge.
