Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, seeks an outside sales professional to grow a Tampa, FL territory focused on fluid control and filtration products. You will manage accounts, develop new prospects, and train customers on product choices.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 1+ years in field sales, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel, performance-based incentives, and collaboration with Inside Sales and RSM.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field sales/outside sales and account management.
• Experience in industrial sales is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Solidify and further develop relationships with key customers.
• Identify and sell new prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Update customers on products/applications and provide training.
• Submit weekly sales call plan with goal of 5+ calls/day.
• Document activities in ACS and coordinate with RSM and team.
• Communicate territory strategy and drive sales growth.
• Promote career advancement and professional development.
