Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting presents an outstanding Outside Sales Representative role for our Orlando client in the transportation and logistics equipment sector. You will grow an assigned territory by prospecting, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored rental, lease, and sales solutions.

This position includes hands-on training, a clear path to branch management, and a generous compensation package featuring first-year OTE around $100,000, uncapped commissions, and a monthly $675

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing a sales territory or geographic market is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business through prospecting, relationship building, referrals, and account development.
• Manage an assigned territory and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet with customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend rental, lease, and sales solutions.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close business.
• Manage customer accounts, including assisting with credit and collection-related activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales activity information within CRM and other company systems.
• Monitor territory performance, customer activity, inventory, and key business metrics.
• Partner with internal branch and operations teams to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Participate in training to prepare for future branch management responsibilities.
