Job summary

SCI is seeking a motivated Sales Professional for Outside Sales to achieve quota by selling pre-need arrangements and services. You will serve families professionally, with timely follow-up and referrals integral to success. You will also develop community relationships to support growth.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, high integrity, and the ability to present planning guides while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong CRM use is expected.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or related industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: network and build referrals for pre-need and at-need arrangements.
• Proactively prospect at least 4 hours daily through events, visits, and seminars.
• Obtain referrals by following up with families served.
• Build community and civic relationships to grow the client base.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families.
• Maintain activity logs and adapt schedule to meet targets.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Establish strong relationships with families and resolve concerns.
