Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• No specific degree required; 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; able to use mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Maintain relationships with customers via regular on-site and off-site engagement.
• Educate customers on Sunstate's equipment and services; present proposals.
• Use CRM to document activity and manage follow-ups.
