Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Billings, MT territory. You will prospect, educate contractors, remodelers, and builders, and manage accounts to meet and exceed sales targets using the Lansing Sales Cycle.

Responsibilities include daily prospecting, face-to-face customer meetings, relationship building, and using Salesforce to track activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory management, B2B outside sales focused on new business development.
• Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments.
• Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
