Job summary

Lansing Building Products in Seattle, WA is seeking a positive, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our contractor-focused business. You will prospect new clients, manage relationships, and meet sales targets in a dynamic, family-driven culture.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission with OTE of $100,000–$150,000, plus a company car, laptop, phone, and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory management and B2B outside sales.
• Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads.
• Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
