Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover North Central Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas). The role combines ~70% outside sales with travel to customer sites and two weeks on the road per month, offering a base of $70,000–$75,000 plus commissions and a company car.

Responsibilities include calls, product demonstrations at customer locations, trade shows, and maintaining detailed logs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in technical or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly sales calls and follow-up with existing and new customers.
• Demonstrate products at customer locations and trade shows.
• Complete route sheets and maintain detailed customer call logs.
• Promote products through various channels, including phone solicitations and direct visits.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive customers to increase sales.
• Support team efforts with inside and outside customer support.
