Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Inventory Specialist/Sales-oriented professional in Fort Worth. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with earning potential from base pay of $45,750 plus unlimited commissions.

Responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, expanding accounts, and coordinating orders with Sales Support. You will engage customers via phone and email, track leads, and participate in trade shows 1–3 times yearly.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening to understand client needs and objections.
• 2+ years sales experience in account management or business development.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital communications tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers.
• Build sales territory by adding new customers and growing with existing accounts.
• Reach out via phone and email to follow up on business needs with solutions.
• Set measurable goals and implement strategies to meet them.
• Analyze personal sales stats and generate territory reports.
• Coordinate daily sales orders and related documentation with Sales Support.
• Respond promptly to inquiries to assist purchasing needs.
• Track leads and opportunities using Sage 100 reports and marketing leads.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional products.
• Coordinate customer pickups and remedy service issues; manage returns/backorders.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely order processing.
• Stay knowledgeable on products, market trends, and competitors.
• Share insights with marketing and sales to improve lead gen.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet goals.
• Travel to trade shows 1-3 times per year to showcase products.
