Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote Sysco products and develop customer relationships across accounts. You may work non-traditional hours to meet client needs and drive sales growth in a dynamic territory.

The role emphasizes developing new business, servicing accounts, and staying informed on market trends, product innovations, and competition. A valid driver’s license and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with Sysco internship considered.
• 3+ years in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales or related role.
• Bi-Lingual and foodservice sales exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and align product solutions with customer needs.
• Research customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive a personal vehicle to customer accounts and events; manage routing and delivery issues.
• Maintain sales budgets, records, and prepare quotes and reports.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline

HSD/GED + 3 years Restaurant Management or outside sales experience
