Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking experienced sales professionals to promote products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customers' needs.

Responsibilities include developing new business, penetrating accounts, qualifying prospects, and providing product training to customers. A competitive salary with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline.
• Or HSD/GED plus 3 years in Restaurant Management or outside sales with Sysco internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and propose a mix of products and services.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to meet business goals.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Attend and participate in sales and district meetings.
