Job summary

LB Foster in Leesburg, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth of the Envirocast wall system and related products from the Leesburg production facility within a 150-mile radius.

You will develop relationships with builders, architect & engineering firms, homeowners, and contractors, and lead bids, proposals, and KPI-driven strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable; may substitute education with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience required.
• 2+ years selling to builders in residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Envirocast products to builders, architects & engineers within ~150 miles of Leesburg.
• Develop relationships with builders, homeowners, contractors, and engineers.
• Prepare budgets, estimates and proposals within guidelines.
• Negotiate terms, explain product advantages, and close sales.
• Lead bids through manufacturers’ reps or engineering firms, ensuring competitive proposals.
• Maintain CRM data and report month-end updates to leadership.
