Cintas Corporation is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Louisiana to generate new business and manage a territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close deals with B2B customers, leveraging CRM and our intensive training program to deliver results and grow professionally.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, customer focus, and the ability to meet weekly and quarterly sales goals in a dynamic environment, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Attend training programs and apply learned selling skills in the field.
