Job summary

Cintas is hiring a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative in Louisiana to prospect, develop, and close new business in a B2B environment. You will use CRM to manage leads, achieve weekly quotas, and deliver work apparel solutions including laundry, delivery, repair, and branding for diverse industries.

The role includes comprehensive training through the Cintas Sales Training Program, competitive base salary with monthly commission, a car allowance, and ongoing recognition and career

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Provide solutions for customers’ work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding.
• Engage in consultative B2B sales to grow the customer base.
