True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer in Tulsa, OK. This hybrid role combines field selling with leadership training as you build a client base and mentor new agents.

You will present tailored benefit solutions to business owners, coach peers through role-play and sales calls, and collaborate with management to grow a high-performing team. Experience in B2B sales and CRM is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
• Mentoring, coaching, or training experience.
• Ability to present clearly—1:1 or to groups.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM usage.
• Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and tailor insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with management to build a strong, successful sales team.
• Grow own book of business while guiding others.
