A local insurance agency is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Insurance Agent to drive new business through networking and community outreach. This role demands excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude. A valid insurance license is encouraged, but willingness to obtain one is sufficient. Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance or financial services.
• Active Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and mobile tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
