Job summary

Service Experts in Pooler, GA is hiring a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to diagnose comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, using internal warm leads and our lead pipelines to close opportunities.

You will roam to homes, present tailored options, build trust, and drive growth through a mix of inbound and self-generated prospects, staying current on energy-efficient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience; direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling preferred.
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a talent for closing sales.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts; positive attendance record.

• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
