Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC seeks a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to advise homeowners on comfort solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management as you close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will work with internal warm leads and your own prospecting, coordinating with the technical team on site visits to tailor solutions and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Educational background includes high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, especially direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Ability to educate customers and translate needs into business solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on latest trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
