• Close deals using our proven sales process and training.
• Follow up on leads quickly; self-generate leads to increase commissions.
• Build accurate estimates that protect margins.
• Walk the job scope clearly so production has zero surprises.
• Keep pipeline clean in PaintScout, CompanyCam, and Monday.com, then hand off signed jobs to the project team.
