Job summary

Color Splash Painting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple painting projects in Hilton Head Island, SC. You will schedule crews and subcontractors, manage budgets, and keep projects on track from kickoff to closeout.

A valid SC driver license, vehicle, and basic tools are required, along with CRM/project management experience. You will report directly through the project team and be responsible for client communications, closeouts, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Keep jobs on schedule and on budget, track labor, materials, margins.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and coordinate with estimators and client coordinators.
• Inspect work and correct issues before they become client problems.
• Complete professional closeouts with full records and photos, solicit reviews and referrals.
