Job summary

Color Splash Painting is seeking an Outside Sales Estimator in Hilton Head Island, SC. This full-time, commission-heavy role offers first-year on-target earnings of $150,000 or more. You will meet homeowners, present trust-based estimates, and convert them into signed painting projects.

Valid SC driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
Ability to build trust with homeowners in person.
Willingness to hunt, canvass neighborhoods, cold call, social sell, and send videos.

Responsibilities

Run in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients.
Close deals using our proven sales process and training.
Follow up on leads quickly; self-generate leads to increase commissions.
Build accurate estimates that protect margins.
Walk the job scope clearly so production has zero surprises.
Keep pipeline clean in PaintScout, CompanyCam, and Monday.com, then hand off signed jobs to the project team.
