American Painting Specialist in Denver, CO is seeking a performance-driven closer for in-person home consultations and high-value painting projects. This role offers uncapped commissions and real earning potential, with pay based on effort, skill, and results.

You’ll walk homeowners through proposals, close deals, generate your own leads, and represent us at local events, with a strong emphasis on trust-building and superb client communication.

This is a performance role with uncapped commission and real earning potential ($52K–$175K).

We’re looking for a closer. At APS, we don’t hire order takers.

We hire people who can walk into a home, lead the consultation, earn confidence, and help customers make the best decision.

What you’ll be doing:

• In-home consultations & detailed proposals

• Following a proven sales process

• Closing residential & commercial painting projects

• Generating at least 25% of your own leads

• Networking (BNI/Chamber), canvassing, and representing us at events

• Maintaining close rates and gross profit targets
