4 Horn Management in Deer Park, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support rental equipment sales and operations. You will assist Sales Reps and management with inventory, deliveries, and pickups, while liaising with customers and other departments to meet expectations.

Responsibilities include RentalMan system management, dispatching service calls, monitoring accounts receivable, and preparing contracts and tickets. Growth across product knowledge and pricing is encouraged.

Formación

• Must have a desire to work in Outside Sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time
• Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management

Responsabilidades

• Assists sales reps and management with coordinating all rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups
• Acts as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet and exceed expectations
• Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents
• Dispatches service calls for delivery, equipment pickup, parts and maintenance
• Monitors accounts receivable reports
• Creates and monitors rental contracts and delivery tickets
• Continuously expands knowledge of products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management
